An opportunity has arisen within our Action Mental Health, New Horizons Belfast service in Duncrue Place, for the position of Service Manager

The overall purpose of this post is the effective management, design, delivery and evaluation of a range of vocational rehabilitation services for people with mental health problems and/or other disabilities with the aim of promoting, positive mental health, social inclusion and life long learning.

Salary: £25,006 - £28,530 per annum

Essential Criteria

1. NVQ Level III/’A’ Levels or equivalent.
2. A minimum of three years management experience.
3. Current full driving licence, valid in the UK and access to a car on appointment or access to a form of transport approved by AMH which will permit them to carry out the duties and requirements of the post in full.

Desirable Criteria

1. NVQ Level IV or equivalent.
2. Previous experience of working in a mental health or other disability/special needs setting.

The post will require the successful candidate to undergo a check via the Protection of Vulnerable Adults (NI) Service before commencement of employment.

AMH New Horizons Health and Training Units provide services for individuals with a range of mental health needs.
