The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team handling calls to the 24 hour Domestic Violence Helpline. In addition you will be required to provide guidance and support to volunteers, who are a valuable asset to the team.
The following skills and experience are essential:

The Helpline is also compiling a list of bank staff who are available to do occasional shift work as and when required.
