Customer Account Manager – Full Time

Salary Range: £21,666 - £24,785
Our customer base is both large and diverse and as such it requires significant account management. We are looking for an experienced Customer Account Manager to proactively manage, retain and develop a wide portfolio of high profile customer accounts. Working as an interface between our Customer Relationship Managers and Service Delivery Teams, you will ensure service to customers is of the highest quality and standards at all times. Account and contract management are key areas of responsibility, with an emphasis on the development and implementation of robust management reporting. Building relationships with existing and new customers will be crucial through strategic marketing opportunities and attendance at networking events. You will have at least two years experience in managing accounts and relationships with multiple customers along with experience in co-ordinating teams, resources and information systems.
