We are looking for someone who will contribute to consumer support and complaint handling matters related to energy, transport, water and related utility issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing the Consumer Council’s complaint handling operation and consumer support functions.
A full list of criteria is available with our application pack but in the first instance you must be educated to degree standard or have a minimum of three A-Level passes and two years relevant experience in managing/supervising the work of others.
