To Promote, recruit and direct volunteers' participation in line with Féile FM's community outreach initiatives.

Salary: NJC scale 6 £20,895 pro rata (30 hours) - 8 month post.

Principle duties:

• Working within the West Belfast and Greater Belfast communities to promote Féile FM, encouraging volunteer participation.
• Devise with the station Manager innovative approaches to develop a volunteers' forum with the community radio station sector.
• Coordinating the Féile FM training programmes, maintaining a professional working relationship will all trainees through carrying out individual evaluations, action plans and training needs analysis.
