NOW are an exciting voluntary organisation which provides training and employment services for adults with learning disabilities living in North and West Belfast.

The organisation has developed greatly over the last 5 years and wishes to appoint a Deputy Director with the energy and enthusiasm needed to ensure we continue to be the best in our field.

The successful candidate will be able to deputise in the absence of the Executive Director and will have

1. A qualification or part qualification from a recognised accounting body.
2. 3 year experience of financial management and accounts preparation.
3. 3 years experience of building and managing goal orientated teams.
