This Policy Development Officer will contribute to NICVA's policy development work with particular emphasis on European issues. The post holder will also be required to gather and maintain up-to-date, relevant information on the work of the NI Assembly and its committees.

• Applicants must have a third level qualification in a relevant discipline;
• plus minimum of two years working experience to include work in each of the following areas: information and advice; preparation of publications/briefings; organisational/community development and interpreting/influencing policy issues.
• Or five years relevant experience; plus considerable knowledge of local, regional and European political; and decision making structures.
