Whether through innovative research, headline grabbing campaigns or outstanding care services, we champion their rights with passion. And you'll play a vital role in our work.

How much income can you raise for us from statutory, Lottery and European funding sources?

We need you to strive for the maximum. You’ll horizon scan for potential funds and you will work to develop relationships with potential funders. You’ll write applications, intelligently matching them to the right source. Then you’ll hand over the project to delivery staff for implementation overseeing the monitoring and reporting back to funders. Along the way you’ll become a serious expert on how we improve the lives of deaf and hard of hearing people, sharing that knowledge with our funding partners.

Educated to degree level, or equivalent, you’ll have experience of developing relationships and writing fundraising applications to statutory funders, with an excellent rate of success. Your track record shows that you’re highly knowledgeable about relevant funding sources as well as competent in planning and budgeting. And with communication and organisation skills to boot, you’ve got all the right tools to succeed with us.
