What do you have what we need?

• You are a Corporate Member (MCIH) of the Chartered Institute of Housing, or can qualify for same within 1 year.
• You have at least 5 years management experience within the housing sector, of which no less than 2 years have been at a senior level.
• You are a strong effective leader and know how to get the best performance from your team.
• You are a creative thinker, and can see solutions where everyone else can only see the problem.
• You are accustomed to working at a senior level with proven success in developing and implementing strategies and policies.
• You are a skilled communicator and can effectively articulate your ideas.
• You are a quick learner, able to adapt to changing situations and environments.
