Community Change provides development support and facilitation services to community groups throughout Northern Ireland
We wish to recruit the following to our staff team
(A) Training and Development Worker (Networks) (35 hours)
Salary : NJC SO2 scale pts 32-34 £25,437.00 - £26,928.
Funding secured from Big Lottery to June 2008
The post holder will provide support to networks and community groups throughout Northern Ireland through our Creating Sustainable Capacity project. Relevant 3rd level education and 2 years community development experience or 5 years voluntary community experience.
(B) Community Finance Worker (35 hours)
Salary : NJC SO2 Salary scale pts 32-34 £25,437 - £26,928
Funding secured from EU BSP Programme to March 2007
The post holder will deliver Financial Management programmes and support to community groups throughout Northern Ireland. Assist groups at all stages of development and set up appropriate financial systems. Promote and develop best practice in financial management. 3 years recent experience in the field of financial management/accountancy. Relevant qualification in financial management.
(C) Training and Development Worker (Groups) (14 hours job share)
NJC SO2 Salary scale pts 32-34 £25,437 - £26,928 (pro-rata)
The post holder will be responsible for delivering our training and development services across Northern Ireland and will be involved in generating income within Community Change. Qualification as in post (A).
