As a result of funding we are seeking to recruit a Community Support and Development Worker based in the Drumcoo Centre, Enniskillen.

You will provide a support service to deaf adults and young people who have difficulty accessing general support services due to communication difficulties. What this means is that you’ll need to be someone they can rely on, trust, and feel comfortable with. The services are delivered to people in their own homes and in the community environment.

You will preferably have experience in a social care setting. Couple this with your knowledge and understanding of the difficulties that deaf people face and you could well be about to join an organisation whose ambitions to help others mirror your own. Travel throughout the Trust Area will be an essential part of the role.
