£40,101 - £44,478 NJC PT 49-54 The DHSS&PS have commissioned Contact Youth to provide a comprehensive regional 24/7 helpline with services including clinical assessment, counselling, alternative supports and referral service for the entire population of NI to commence in early 2008. To enable the expansion of this vital regional development for suicide prevention we now invite applications for a range of leadership, counselling and support posts.

Reporting to the company leadership, this crucial senior management post will play a pivotal role in leading the company through a phased period of expansion and consolidation. If you believe you have the personal stamina to lead a committed and highly skilled management and clinical workforce we want to hear from you.
You are likely to have considerable regional management experience, leading staff teams of up to 100+, and annual budget management of more than £2m. We require a dynamic team player with the capacity to inspire and challenge, with a passion for excellence in service provision to people in crisis.
