We are seeking to recruit an Assistant Coordinator to assist with daily office management of Shopmobility Belfast with a particular emphasis on the recruiting, training and retaining of volunteers.

Suitable candidates must have at least

1. 3 years experience of either office management or administration and demonstrate experience of working with and recruiting volunteers.
2. They must be a good team player, able to work to targets and prepared to work flexible hours.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

An interest in and understanding of disability and its issues would be desirable.
