This will also include Complementary Therapy provision on the BIG BUS, Action Cancer's state-of-the-art mobile service which will provide lifestyle education, emotional support and life-saving early detection services.

Complementary Therapist - Enniskillen and Cookstown

£10,853 - £12,336 for 20 hours per week

Essential Criteria

1. Dually qualified in aromatherapy and reflexology.
2. Qualifications must comply with the requirements of the aromatherapy consortium and reflexology forum.
3. Two years experience in delivering Complementary Therapy or one years experience delivering Complementary Therapy and an AHP or nursing qualification.
4. Excellent communication skills.

Desirable Criteria

1. Practical experience of delivering Complementary Therapy treatments to patients with cancer.
2. Hold a AHP or nursing qualification.
3. Evidence of continued professional development
4. Membership of IFPA.
5. Membership of AOR.
6. Experience of public speaking and teaching.
7. Practical experience of using computers in the process of daily work.
8. Able to demonstrate an awareness of the work of Action Cancer.
9. Able to demonstrate an awareness of how a diagnosis of cancer can affect the life of a patient and their carers and families.
