Senior Consumer Affairs Officer, Financial Needs
Consumer Education Section (REF NO: GCC/SCAO/FI/06/05)
Salary: £18,809 - £28,007
This new appointment will play a key role in contributing to the Consumer Council Policy by carrying out research and promoting policies with consumers in relation to financial inclusion.
Applicants must have a relevant degree or equivalent, together with two years relevant experience, preferably working in a research or policy capacity. Applicants will be able to demonstrate an understanding of issues relating to financial inclusion, and education as well as voluntary and community sectors and have relevant experience in areas including policy development, research, report writing, preparing responses to official documents and building and maintaining relationships with external bodies.
