NJC Scale 6 Point 27 £21,588 (pro-rata*)

Post 1, 35 Hours per week

Post 2, 33 Hours per week*

Post funded until 30 June 2008

Successful candidates will have:

  • A Minimum of one year’s community development practice (paid or voluntary)
  • 1 Year’s experience in provision of advice (post NIACAB/Law Centre training)
  • Relevant experience in carrying out research and developing action plans
  • Experience of working with volunteers
  • I year minimum project management experience
  • Experience of monitoring and evaluation
  • Experience of working on own initiative and partnership working
  • Knowledge of statutory, voluntary and community sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT competent
  • Access to form of transport necessary to carry out post
