HOURS: 32 - 37 hours per week (minimum)

SALARY: £7.22 per hour, with sleepover allowances of £28.44 per night, with company pension scheme.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

1. GCSE English or equivalent.
2. Ability to work flexible hours including sleepovers and weekends.
3. Capable of working with a diverse client group.
4. Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
5. To be able to work as part of a team.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

1. Social Work/Community Work qualification.
2. Work experience within a residential setting.
3. Work experience with homeless or other high needs groups.
