The successful candidate will help our clients find jobs, ensuring that they handle what may be one of the biggest changes in their lives successfully.
You will provide vocational guidance and training to adults with learning disabilities and work with a range of agencies, families and employers to ensure that our clients experience a smooth transition into work.
To do this you will have excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills and will have an understanding of the barriers to employment for people with learning disabilities.
You will have a flexible approach to work, have a clean current driving licence and access to transport for work purposes or access to another form of transport that would allow the post holder to meet the travel requirements of the post.
