Experience – an appropriate third elvel qualification (community development or social sciences) AND a minimum of 2 years experience working directly within the community and voluntary sector within the last 5 years (voluntary or paid capacity) OR a minimum of 4 years experience of working within the community and voluntary sector within the last 5 years (voluntary or paid capacity)
