Qualifications

NVG level III (or equivalent) in Care or Support Field with a minimum of two years experience in implementing support/care plans to clients with complex needs (e.g. mental health, dual diagnosis, addictions, challenging behavior.

Or

Six years experience (within the last eight) in implementing support/care plans to clients with complex needs (e.g. mental health, dual diagnosis, addictions, challenging behavior.

Job Requirements

1. Have experience in a staff supervisory position.
2. Ability to develop, implement and review support plans for individuals with complex needs.
3. An understanding of housing legislation and practice issues.
4. Ability to assess risk associated with job role.
5. Knowledge of working with statutory, private and voluntary sectors.
