Assist the development of new groups and provide information and advice on funding and other relevant issues. Access and encourage training and sharing of expertise in voluntary and community sector.

Essential Criteria

1. 1 years community development experience within last 3 yrs.
2. Relevant 3rd level qualification or equivalent.
3. Computer literate and able to meet administrative elements of post.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Flexibility in hours and ways of working to meet requirements of post.
6. Driving license and access to a car.

Desirable Criteria

1. Experience in working with different community groups including BME groups and professionals on partnership basis.
2. Experience in funding applications.
3. Experience of presentations.
4. Ability to organise workload to achieve set objectives.
