Fold TeleCare is the leading 24/7 social alarm and TeleCare service throughout Ireland, offering a guaranteed response to calls for support from over 20,000 households. Due to continuing expansion and development of the service we now require:
TeleCare Support Officers (Ref: TSO/TC/04)
Location: Ballymena; Enniskillen/Omagh (applicants should state preferred base)
Hours: 26.25 per week
Salary: £11,673 - £15,795 pro-rata
The primary purpose of this post is to install and maintain social alarms and TeleCare sensors in people’s homes, connecting to Fold’s 24/7 TeleCare service. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year’s experience of front-line customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is an ability to work on own initiative. An interest in telephone based technology and practical DIY skills would be an advantage. A clean driving licence and access to a car is essential as extensive travel is required.
