Fold TeleCare is the leading 24/7 social alarm and TeleCare service throughout Ireland, offering a guaranteed response to calls for support from over 20,000 households. Due to continuing expansion and development of the service we now require:
TeleCare Call Advisors (Ref: CCO/FH/28)
Based at Fold House, Redburn Square, Holywood
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £ 11,673 (Pt 8) - £ 15,795 (Pt 19) plus 15% shift allowance.
The purpose of this post is to answer calls from service users, offering reassurance and ensuring appropriate response and support is provided. Successful candidates must have a minimum of one year’s experience in a role with responsibility for assessing client or customer requests and deciding on the appropriate response. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, while telephone based work experience and an understanding of the principles of a computerised database would be an advantage.
