Housing Officer HO/HM/05
Hours: Full time – 37 per week
Salary: £16,371 - £21,867 (Points 20-29)
We are looking for an enthusiastic hardworking person with an ability to perform under pressure.
The post holder will deliver a full range of Housing Management services to our existing and future stock of sheltered and general needs housing.
The successful candidate will ideally possess a Housing Management or other relevant qualification along with two years experience or have five years experience across the full range of Housing Management tasks.
Applicants should hold a full drivers license and have access to a car for work. Essential car users allowance will be paid.
