The Director of Services will be one of two Directors, working with the Chief Executive to lead and support our organisation in the development and delivery of services and policy. Having knowledge of the funding environment of the voluntary sector, he/she will be able to identify and develop relevant areas of work that test practice and advocate on behalf of children and families.

Essential Criteria

  • A relevant third level qualification
  • At least five years relevant management experience
  • A sound knowledge of the Criminal Justice System.
  • Experience in delivery of services to children and families
  • A skilled communicator, able to confidently present and promote the work and policies of the Association.

Desirable Criteria

  • Evidence of input into Human Resource Management Strategy
