To coordinate and manage a floating support service and small team in providing effective delivery of appropriate support to homeless families and singles over 18 year old, who are or have been experiencing housing difficulties and related issues.
Requirements: The ideal candidate should hold a relevant professional qualification or degree in housing, social care, community work, health education or related field.
Qualifications: GCSE English grade C or above
Skills: A minimum of two years recent work experience providing support to vulnerable people and full driving licence with access to car
