Working collaboratively with the Family Support Service and Speech and Language Therapy Service teams, you will enjoy working in the community, while providing a supportive home visiting service to stroke survivors/people with Aphasia and their carers and families.

This role is very rewarding, as you will be providing support and help to people affected by stroke and Aphasia. You should have a background in a caring profession, ideally with knowledge and experience of stroke, Aphasia or disability. Importantly, you will have the ability to communicate well with people and be committed to delivering a quality service. You should also have good administrative skills and have regular access to a car as part of your business travel remit.
