We are seeking two Training Services Supervisors to join the Training Department.

The post holders will be involved in hands on delivery of training, and in managing a team of volunteer trainers.

• We are therefore looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who has extensive experience in the delivery of training to diverse groups.
• If you also have the ability to influence and persuade people, and have a positive attitude to life, we will be keen to talk to you.
• Applicants should have personal experience of arthritis, and be I.T. literate (including email).
• Successful applicants will be based at home. Flexible working, including travel throughout Northern Ireland, with occasional overnight stays is a requirement.
• Candidates will need access to an adequate form of transport.

In view of the nature of the duties the post holders will undertake, applicants will be required to disclose any criminal convictions, cautions, reprimands or final warnings they have received.

They will also will have to undergo ACCESS NI check.

Having a criminal record will not necessarily bar you from working with us.
