The Rainbow Project exists to address the physical, emotional and mental health needs of gay and bisexual men in Northern Ireland. We offer a range of services throughout Northern Ireland, including: information provision, education, support, advocacy and training.

Through assistance from the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fund, we are currently seeking to recruit the following:
Training Officer – Salary £18,000
15 months contract
The main focus of this post will be to develop and deliver training to a wide range of organisations on issues relating to young gay and bisexual men and their positive mental health and well being.
You will have an appropriate understanding of the mental, emotional and physical health needs of gay and bisexual men in Northern Ireland, with experience in developing, delivering and evaluating training programmes. You will also have an understanding of the structure of the health system in Northern Ireland.
