The Project Officer will be responsible for assessment, economic appraisals, business planning, financial monitoring, implementation and monitoring of a portfolio of significant capital and revenue projects.

• Relevant Degree or 4 years relevant experience.
• 2 years relevant experience of implementation and monitoring involving capital and revenue projects, project assessment/appraisal, project management, financial management, monitoring and evaluation, management of project closure, management of multiple funding packages, liaising and working in partnership with other agencies and experience of community relations.
