35 hours per week
Salary- NJC Scale 5 (pts 22-25) £18,450- £20,235 (under review)
Contract is for 6 months initially with the possibility of extension
SECONDMENTS WELCOME
We invite applications for the post of Outreach and Telephone Adviser. The successful applicant will be responsible for the provision of generalist advice from outreach locations, as well as over the telephone. Candidates must have completed the Citizens Advice or Law Centre Accredited Adviser Training Programme and have at least 1 year’s full-time or equivalent part-time experience (gained within the last 3 years) in delivering advice in a social welfare context.
