The two main duties of the Development Officer will be to coordinate the delivery of a cross border peace building learning programme and to provide development time to the Truagh centre. S/he will be responsible for ensuring that high quality learning provision is made available to the project participants. S/he will also ensure that the programme is coordinated effectively with other aspects of the Workers' Educational Association educational programme and the work of the Truagh centre.

Hours: 35 per week flexitime.
Salary: €32,985/£22,287 plus car allowance €2,196/£1,484.
Pension: Final Salary Scheme.
Holidays: 30 days per year, plus 11 statutory and 3 additional days at Christmas.
