The Marketing Development Officer will work to create new ways in which both the UPC and Workers' Educational Association can develop new markets and better serve its existing learners and the communities they come from. Key to this will be the development of a comprehensive marketing strategy for both organisations and the implementation of these strategies.

Hours: 35 per week flexitime.
Salary: £22,287 plus car allowance £1,484.
Pension: Final Salary Scheme.
Holidays: 30 days per year, plus 11 statutory and 3 additional days at Christmas.
