The Millennium Forum is a dynamic Theatre and Conference Centre which has been operational since August 2001. It is managed by Derry Theatre Trust Ltd. Since this time it has attracted capacity audiences as well as international artists and business visitors from across the globe.

Derry Theatre Trust Ltd. is currently seeking applications for the following post:
Casual Waiting Staff (Based at Encore Brasserie)
To meet and greet members of the public visiting the restaurant. Taking and placing orders and providing customer service in the restaurant. Preference will be shown to those with previous experience of customer service in a restaurant environment.
You will also be required to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Previous bar experience is preferable as some bar duties will be included in the role.
The closing date for return of completed application forms is Friday 11 July at noon.
