Main job role

  1. Delivery of Essential Skills to Job Ready Participants.

Applicants must

  • Hold the recognised Essential Skills qualifications to deliver both literacy and numeracy to job ready participants.
  • Have 2 year's proven experience working with young people in an employed or voluntary capacity .
  • Have IT skills in Microsoft Word, Access and Excel.
  • Applicants must be confident in their ability to work on their own with groups while also having the ability to work one to one with vulnerable young people.
  • As this post will involve travel across Northern Ireland applicants must also hold a current full riving licence valid in the UK with access to a car and be willing to work across designated contact management areas regionally. This criteria will be waived in the case of an applicant whose disability prohibits driving, but who is able to organise suitable alternative arrangements.
