A vacancy exists for a Temporary Receptionist/Telephonist to provide a full receptionist/telephonist service and backup secretarial/administrative support to the Programmes/Marketing Departments ensuring a positive and welcoming image is portrayed at all times.
The person appointed will have considerable experience in a similar role including experience of switchboard operation, of working in an office environment, and be familiar with all aspects of office technology e.g. Microsoft Office, faxing, photocopying, etc.
Excellent communication skills, a high standard of typing/keyboard/database skills, diary management experience and ability to work on own initiative are essential; as are a commitment to confidentiality and to the aims of Save the Children and its Equal Opportunities Policy.
