If you:

  • Have a minimum of two years experience in housing development/maintenance, and preferably, a related qualification.
  • Can prepare work specifications, inspect work and supervise contractors
  • Have a good knowledge of housing legislation/Building Control legislation/Building Contracts
  • Can manage computerised maintenance databases
  • Are a good communicator, committed to complete tenant satisfaction
  • Are capable of working on your own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Hold a current driving licence and have daily access to use of a car
