The Fathers Engagement Worker will engage fathers, fathers-to-be and male carers of children aged birth – 4 years to be actively involved in their children’s lives through support packages, activities, parenting support, advice and information to enhance the quality of life for pre-school children within the Upper Springfield/Whiterock/Falls Park area.

The successful candidate will be based within the Family Support team and will assist the Sure Start team in achieving the aims of the Upper Springfield/Whiterock/Falls Park Sure Start Programme. He/she will be responsible for the collection and analysis of information, upkeep of records in relation to monitoring and evaluation, communication and information systems and will work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends.
