In a role that focuses on the management of processes and people, you'll aim to maximise the income we raise through donations, gifts, appeals, events, trusts and corporate sources. We will give you responsibility for setting strategies and managing budgets.
You'll then ensure the team have the direction, motivation and knowledge to deliver those plans. The more successful you are, the more we can do to help disadvantaged older people in Northern Ireland.
You need to bring a proven track record in fundraising and experience of people management, financial management and strategy formation. You will also need to be flexible to travel throughout Northern Ireland.
Interviews will be held on 5 June 2007.
