Supporter Services Assistant
Grade: 2 (£15,833 to £19,789)
As a result of a recent restructuring programme to enhance the way Concern Worldwide provides donor care, we are currently looking for a Supporter Services Assistant.
Reporting to the Supporter Services Manager, the successful candidate will help to administer and process Regular Gifts (Direct Debits and Standing Orders) for Concern’s three UK offices.
This is a key role in the team delivering excellent donor care.
The successful candidate will be part of a vibrant and enthusiastic donor care team ensuring continuity, consistency and efficiency in the newly streamlined and reorganised structure.
We are seeking an individual with excellent and accurate data entry skills to ensure data integrity and quality on the fundraising database.
Experience of cash handling and an excellent telephone manner would be a distinct advantage.
The candidate must also possess good administration and organisational skills and have the ability to work as part of a team and be able to respond to a varying workload in an extremely busy environment.
Applicants should be educated to GCSE standard, with passes in Maths and English with proven experience in a busy and varied office environment.
While not essential, previous relevant experience in a similar organisation would be a distinct advantage.
