To manage, direct and develop an innovative accommodation project and services. To lead a staff team in delivering residential provision and programmes of support to young parents.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification or degree in a Housing, Social Services, Community Work, Health Education or related field. Managerial experience within a community development or residential setting is essential.
The postholder should possess relevant experience of working in partnership across a range of sectors.
