The Northern Ireland Association for Mental Health (NIAMH) is a registered charity concerned with the promotion of mental health and the provision of mental health services throughout Northern Ireland.

Senior Project Worker
Ref: AMH/PW/08/21
Salary Range: £21,494 - £25,424
Based at House 12 Enterprise Court

The Senior Project Worker will be required to be highly motivated, flexible and committed to working in the supported housing area of mental health. The Senior Project Worker will assist the Home Manager in the effective and efficient management of the supported housing scheme and to promote the principles of NIAMH.

Essential Criteria:

• Professional qualification for example:

1. Professional Social Work Qualification recognised by NISCC
2. Registered Nurse with current pin number with NMC.
3. Relevant Post Graduate Qualification in Psychology or equivalent.

Plus

• A minimum of 2 year’s experience of working in a social care setting.
• A full current driving licence and access to a car is essential. Consideration will be give to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence.

Applicants will be expected to work flexibly on a shift basis, which will include evening, weekend and night cover.
