Our volunteers bring skills, experience, energy, enthusiasm and commitment to RNID. They help us in a wide variety of ways: they provide support and assistance for deaf and hard of hearing people, help fit and maintain equipment, train other volunteers, and take part in campaigns, fundraising and outreach events. You’ll work directly with our management team to develop volunteering opportunities and assist us to recruit the right volunteers as well as providing support, advice and encouragement.

Friendly, approachable and with excellent organisational skills, you’ll be able to bring a knowledge of best practice in volunteer polices and procedures as well as experience of working directly with volunteers.
