Support Workers
1 x Full time
1 X Maternity Cover – 30 hours per week

Based at Moylena/Cedar Court

The Support Worker will be required to be enthusiastic, flexible and committed to providing a quality service for people with mental health needs within a supported housing environment. The person appointed will be supported by staff to assist residents to maintain their tenancies through social, domestic, individual and group support. This post provides the opportunity to develop new skills and gain experience in mental health.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of 1 GCSE in English or equivalent Grade C or above.
  • Proven experience in domestic and life skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of mental health issues.
  • A full current driving licence and access to a car. Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence.
