Hours: 25 hrs p.w.
Location The Children's Centre,
Ballysaggart Business Park, Dungannon
Responsible for: Providing a safe and structured play environment for children in conjunction with other staff and in compliance with NI Children’s Order.
Essential
- NVQ III in Early Years Care & Education or equivalent
- 3 years post qualifying experience in an early years setting.
- Previous experience of setting up and managing a childcare facility within past 3-5 years
Desirable
- Supervisory qualifications
- A current First Aid Certificate
- A second language preferable Portuguese, Polish or Lithuanian
Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to make decisions
- Ability to supervise and lead a team
