You will help our clients find jobs ensuring that they handle what may be one of the biggest changes in their lives successfully.
You will work with a range of agencies and effectively support people with a learning disability, their families and employers.
To be able to do this you should have good communication skills and be able to relate on a one-to-one basis with a wide range of individuals.
