Applicants must have:

  1. Two years experience working with young people in an employed or voluntary capacity and/or accredited certificate in a discipline associated with youth work eg OCR in part time youth work of OCN in peer education level three or equivalent.
  2. Applicants must also hold a current driving licence valid in the UK with access to a car and be willing to work regionally. This criteria will be waived in the case of an applicant whose disability prohibits driving, but who is able to organise suitable alternative arrangements.

NB Successful applicants may be required to be security cleared by Hydebank YOC to ensure services are available to those to those young people involved in the Positive Steps Through Care Initiative within the centre.
