Salary: £16,740 - £19,614 – pay award pending
37 hours per week
Company pension scheme with 7.5% employer’s contribution

The post holders will contribute to Alternative Angles social mission of creating employment opportunities for people with learning disabilities by ensuring that quality support services are provided to enable service users to integrate within social enterprise activities.

Essential Criteria

• A minimum of NVQ Level III or equivalent qualification in a business or social
• care related discipline; AND
• A minimum of 2 years experience working within the disability sector.
• Excellent IT skills including use of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel packages).
• Excellent Communication skills.

Desirable Criteria

• Coaching experience in a focused training or learning disability empowering environment.
