• Educated to A Level/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Previous experience of working in a mental health or other disability/special needs setting within the voluntary or statutory sectors.
• Paid experience in a relevant setting.
• Experience in developing and extending relevant networking opportunities.
• Experience of having undertaken client focused needs based assessment, programme planning, development and delivery.
• Current full driving licence and access to a car or access to a form of transport.
