Community Development Manager, S.T.E.P.
Salary: £8.28 per hr
Hours: 25 hrs p.w.

Location

The Childrens’ Centre, Ballysaggart Business Park, Dungannon

Responsible for:

Providing a safe and structured play environment for children in conjunction with other staff and in compliance with NI Children’s Order.

Essential Criteria:

• NVQ III in Early Years Care & Education or equivalent
• 3 years post qualifying experience in an early years setting.
• Previous experience of setting up and managing a childcare facility within past 3-5 years

Desirable Criteria:
- Supervisory qualifications
- A current First Aid Certificate
- A second language preferable Portuguese, Polish or LithuanianSkills
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to make decisions
- Ability to supervise and lead a team
